Sehr
Medium size plain paratha and 1 egg
Fruit with yoghurt and honey
Vit C drink

Iftar
Dates
Mixed fruit
Dinner
1 main dish and half naan
Green tea

One bread or a plate of Pulao

Chilled water and water and water ...

After Iftar l don't sleep. watch TV or browse the net and load up on water. After Sehr I then sleep until 830am or so.

3 Brown bread slices(buttered), Omelette/Fried egg, 2 Glasses of Lassi, 3-4 Glasses of water and 2 cups of Green tea.(Yeah my water intake is kind of above average:p:)

Iftar
1-2 Dates
Fruit Chat
Different types of Pakoora's on alternate days.
And one other item/dish which keeps on changing.
2-3 Glasses of water and then 3 more till 12 am.

NO Dinner

2 pratha with Salan usually Mutton beef or Chicken
some yogurt and Juice (sometimes)

Iftaar
Dates
Milk Shakes (mango or Banana)
Fruit Salad
Tikka Macaroni or Chicken Macaroni salad
Lemon mixed Jam e Shereen
and Dahi Baray or sometimes Biryani

NO DINNER

Pakora or samosa
Fruit Salab or Fruir chaat

Plain Rice with daal or chicken pulao
Tea

Fruit chaat, dates, samosas and jalebi, pakorey and sometimes cold drink too....

I keep it pretty simple
Sheri: 1xChapati & 1xParatha, Yogurt, Fry or Omelet,. Green tea
Iftar: Fruits, Dates, mostly briyani/palao , Yogurt & green tea, that's dinner also

Sahoor wa iftaar: Fresh Apple + Carrot Juice, Different smoothies, avocado salad, 1 piece of bread (optional), lam + veg, sometimes sushi . My problem is that my chef has left for Pakistan as his mom is sick....so I really can't cook but like to make salads and juices :)

Few people fast in my extended family. Very pragmatic people. So we dont really have iftars and sehrs.

I mean people in my family, even the less-educated ones, have figured out that acts of worship dont bring health or wealth.
I am still confuse Brother what you want to say....and what i understand you people don't fast?
