What's your Sehr and Iftar menu. Ramadan 2018

4 dates a glass a milk to break it.

The meal is usually white rice with chicken and kidney beans. At times red meat such as mutton.
I have a bowl of fruit, usually a mix of oranges, grapes and berries.
Washed down with milk and water.

I have a small desert after usually a small chocolate.

Suhoor:
Date
Oatmeal with milk, banana, raisin and walnut
1 boiled egg
2 glass water.

Iftar:
Date
Mix fruit
Spring mix salad with avocado
Meat with rice.
Water

Iftaar

dates
one chipati with either meat or veg or lentil curry or rice ( change daily)
chana chaat or either vegetables roll or qeema/chicken roll ( change daily)
salads
plenty of water

Suhoor

oat porridge
fruit chaat
yogurt
plenty of water

I have a wish list and the reality.. but reality is sometimes good too :)

dates, watermelon
bazlama but special made with cooked potatoes in the dough and after making it when it is warm smear lots of butter on top of it and also at the bottom

sucuk turkish garlic sausage and this is something I could eat every day some bread and tomatos and than some pul biber on it (chili flakes) and its bayram for me :D

lahmacun instaed of mincemeat use smashed sucuk (yeah really a perverted style of lahmacun but its really good)

mercimek corba red lentil soup

and sometimes fussili noodels with yogurt garlic and on top of it roasted paprika powder in oil

but the reality is much more healthy except some really unhealthy days
and the reality looks like some kind of soub ,dates, salat and some meal let it be beans or the normal stuff.. a yogurt drink is often aviable .. and sometimes a cheap cola light clone :D

rice lentil poridge(jao kichri) mixed with chana

Lime juice mixed with water and sugar.
