Snacks from your region

I have noticed that there are many users from different places on this forum. Let's share the snacks or food that is popular in your region. Let me start with samosa as I know it is very popular snack throughout Indo-Pak region.

We eat different kinds of samosa in Lahore. For example, aloo wala samosa, beef samosa, chicken samosa. With sweet and spicy chatney.

The first one, Kappa chips is a chips made out of Tapioca cultivated mostly in Southern India and Assam ,The second one is made out of a Banana largely found Only in Kerala and is called Pazam Poori.... The Third is Parippu Vada, made out of different pulses

Those chips and vada look yummy. Chips look a bit spicy, I like spicy food.

Gol gappa are also very famous here. They are eaten with potato, chick peas and dipped in sour water or chutney.

Palm wine or toddy??

If its toddy, its kind of a rarity nowadays.. there was a proposal to manufacture in bottled form or cans from a technology common in Srilanka.. nothing has been heard since.

It looks delicious. We also have similar snack and sometimes we eat them with Naan, called aloo wali tikki.
