Htc one 8 if you prefer boom top notch sound plus premium feel of top end android phones

Samsung galaxy s5/note 4 if you prefer best camera along with plenty of storage and removable battery

Htc, sony, and samsung are better brand than huwahe or others chinese brand which normally have heat issues and use cheap material

people who have bought note3 have generally not upgraded to note4 as the specs /apps have not dramatically been updated in note4

if price is the factor, go for note3-- most of the capability is the same -- particularly if you get the 90005 LTE version of note3 which has snapdragon processor -- non rooted, factory unlocked from homeshopping

i've another note3 as well, however its rooted but homeshopping still gives 1 yr warranty

Sony are terrible. I bought a Sony smartphone before. Even a basic email synchronise cant do it. I wow never buy a sony smartphone again. Theres a reason why Sony smartphone has such a low market value.

As for Note compare to Huawei ascend. The price differences is great.
