My feeling is that a Federal Structure on the lines of Malaysia would be most suitable for Sri Lanka. It means that all Provinces in Sri Lanka will have its own Chief Minister(Prime Minister) and Governor,Land matters, water, electricity etc wil come directly under the Provinces.Defence ,Police, Foreign Affairs come under the ambit of Federal Government.PM Ranil advocated along similar lines many years ago. GOD BLESS SRI LANKA
