Get a better hosting service. It is not as if this problem is new. The symptoms may differs from one event to the next, but the cause(s) seems to be the same.

PDF has been disrupted for several days now. It seems that Indian Defence Forum is also being disrupted. Apparently both sites are under attack. Have no idea what's going on ....
