why did i start this thread?

Twin towns and sister cities are two of many terms used to describe the cooperative agreements between towns, cities and even counties in geographically and politically distinct areas to promote cultural and commercial ties. This is the economic section, and I wish to show how well the two countries have developed in this aspect. Also I agree that India and Pakistan must do it among themselves as this will encourage trade and people to people contact.
