Washington, Nov 30: The United States official diplomatic wires leaked by WikiLeaks have exposed that US Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, has mocked India's bid for permanent United Nations Sceurity Council Seat (UNSC).

According to leaked documents, Hillary Clinton defined India as a “self-appointed front runner" for UNSC seat.

In a cable dealing with UNSC expansion, the US State Department reportedly asked its diplomats to collect details about the bids of 'self-appointed front-runners" for the permanent seat of UNSC.

Just like China has resolved all its territorial disputes in 1955 when getting a seat at the table. This issue has been discussed zillion times, and Chinese keep on moving the "criteria" for UNSC with all sorts of things .. including must kill dogs and eat, to get UNSC - Seat.

Fact, is India is not a UNSC-Perm member and for long time India would not be.
