Security forces kill eight terrorists in Balochistan
February 23, 2023
Security Forces killed eight terrorists during an operation in Mazaaband Range Balochistan.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations, terrorists attempted to ambush a convoy of security forces in District Kech of Balochistan yesterday.
While alert and combat ready troops not only foiled this cowardly attempt without any loss of life, they also immediately commenced a follow up operation to hunt down the fleeing Terrorists using ground and aviation assets.
Resultantly, this morning, a suspected hideout of terrorists was identified in Mazaaband Range where a sanitisation operation was launched.
In ensuing, heavy exchange of fire, eight terrorists have been killed while a large cache of arms and ammunition including explosives has also been recovered.
Security Forces of Pakistan will continue to thwart any attempt by inimical elements, on behest of Hostile Intelligence Agencies, to disrupt hard earned peace in the province.

Security Forces killed eight terrorists during an operation in Mazaaband Range Balochistan.

BLF claimed responsibility for the attack. According to BLF claims they inflicted 9 casualties on military.
We need to go full throttle on these foreign imposed terrorists we need to hit them whenever we can wherever we can

Two terrorists, including mastermind of recent Karachi Police office attack, have been killed in an encounter with Counter Terrorism Department in Manghopir area of Karachi.
According to the Counter Terrorism Department, two terrorists were also arrested during the encounter. One suicide jacket and four pistols were recovered from the terrorists.

In Balochistan, three terrorists were killed in an exchange of fire with the security forces in South Awaran.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the killed terrorists were involved in the incidents of firing and improvised explosive devices along Turbat Awaran Road and surrounding areas.
A cache of arms and ammunition have also been recovered from their possession.
From 15 Mar 23 onwards, an Intelligence Based Operation has been initiated to intercept a terrorists group operating in general area South of Awaran. The terrorists were linked with firing and improvised explosive devices incidents along Turbat Awaran Rd and surrounding areas.
Based on credible information, multiple ambushes had been laid along different routes in the area frequented by the terrorists for last three days. Resultantly, party of 3x Terrorists was intercepted while moving towards their hideout. On being blocked, they opened fire onto the Security Forces.
During ensuing heavy exchange of fire, all three terrorists have been killed, while a cache of arms and ammunition has been recovered.

An Intelligence Based Operation was carried out in general area Rehman Kahul, Chaman to clear a suspected hideout of Terrorists, linked with recent terrorist incidents including planting of improvised explosive devices in Chaman and surrounding areas.
According to the Media Wing of Pakistan Army, as a result of continuous technical Surveillance and Reconnaissance of the area, a location of the Terrorists was identified and Security Forces were employed to check it.
Extensive search and sanitization was carried out in the area, and resultantly, a huge cache of arms and ammunition including Improvised Explosive Devices has been recovered.
It is pertinent to mention here that Pakistan Army in step with Nation, remains determined to thwart attempts at sabotaging peace, stability and progress of Balochistan.

The continued IBOs and the fact that we have now slaughtered a good number of the terrorists means attacks have come down again
We need to keep the pressure up and hunt the enemies of Pakistan down, make life unbearable for them and their families and supporters
