Hindi/Urdu is used interchangeably for the Indian films. Why should that be an issue?

Its an Indian film whatever the Indian language it was created in.

Urdu developed in India as far as I know. More people in India speak it than in Pakistan.

It is no doubt an Indian film, and I didn't say to the contrary. It is well known that most manifestations of muslim culture in the subcontinent are within the republic of India. whether it is lucknow, ray barelly, saharanpur, bhopal, hyderabad, agra, delhi, etc.
