Simple but logical Question about Pakistan Forces (Air, Land and Sea)

y r u so worried bro... atleast 12 of our f 16s have had MLU few months back. many are currently having one and on top of that 18 f16 blk 50/52.
JF-17 is goin through weapon trials and according the air chief their performance is better than wat was expected. in months we will induct one squadron of this AC.
our other ACs have gone through many upgrades over last few years.
in two years we will be gettin 36 j 10s which are atleast as gud as f16 A/B.
have already ordered 6 AWCs. refullers will be comin in soon with some sayin they have already come and are in the process of induction.
this sounds gud enough to me....

f16 blk 50/52 against indian SU30
f16 A/B + J10s against their mirage 2000
jf17 + others against their other ACs.

JF-17 second block will be an interesting development as well, F-16 block 52 will heavily influence it.

I am willing to bet anything that when Playstation 3 came out, you went straight to your mom and demanded that she buy you one because the PS2/XBOX360 was now a piece of junk.

I have supreme confidence in the men of our armed forces, in particular the PAF. I will go to war for this country with nothing more than a match-stick, and we will protect it with nothing more than a few 'pieces of junk'.

The last three answers where good, Pakistan is not going to be a Super power India will be soon if not already. Although i agree that the rapid advance of India military in terms of size, technology, and capabilities. Pakistani's must remeber that India has more serious long term security issues with China than it does with Pakistan. Mubai shiftted the Indian people attention back towards us but this is just a circle of life. Pakistan goes for deterence stategy with India as any other policy would bankrupt Pakistan. Pakistan military and especially PAF have had a difficult time theis last decade with arms embargo, Sanctions and lack of funds being a huge problem. Some of may remember that in the early 90s Butto to re address the imbalance in the PAF left by blocked F16s ordered Mirage 2005 but the deal never went through. So the problems have been here for a while and affected all three services. The military was in power for 9 years so efforts and attention was diverted to internal problems. The point is that Pakistan military has to adjust under difficult circumstances in recent years so understanding Superbike and a little faith is needed. Also bare in kind the strain of the Army now engaged in counter- insurgentcey warfare when the its has been entirely focused towards conventional and Nuclear war with India. The PAF are also being forced to re evaluate their abilities to provide Close air support to the Army and precision strike against iNSURGENTS. F16MLU can be equippped with various types of LGB and BVR weapons so by PAF standerds these old crap as Superbike put it represent a step forward for the PAF. yES we all like to see new hight air craft in the PAF whether it be Rafale or Griphen etc. But there is reason for Pakistan being in the situation in the first place and simply useing fund that could be better spent on LGB for air force to support the army or new infantry equipment, ( rifles, body armour, helmets, communications equipment) or more importantly on development in the troubled areas would in my view be a better use of fund. Amercian arms supply to PAF have been unreliable so F18 at this time is not an option really. French aircraft could be the price is near that of the Typhoon which like 100+million USD which is way out of our price range. When the BLK 52 arrive if the PAF want more then they will order them. Chinese aircraft although lower tech are cheaper and are a proven reliable source so it smart to look to them for the bulk of the future air fleet. Although the PAF will look for a next generation fighter which i would like to see being the J13/JXX along with one western fighter. But this depend on funds we will allhave to wait and see.

Have some faith in your armed forces, it is because of them that we are able to exist without suppression.
God bless them and God bless Pakistan and our people.
Their mentality isn't the same as yours "superbikez", if our armed forces had the mentality you are showing right now, we'd be wiped away from the South Asian subcontinent.
But they don't have that sort of mentality, instead, they are eager, proud, hungry, they WANT to defend their nation, they're trained to do so, and they'll sacrifice their lives for it.
Show a little more respect to them, please, these people risked their lives countless of times in e.g. these "flying piece of junks" and yet they succeeded because of their faith and their dedication not to give up and return home with empty hands.
It's our unity and our belief that makes us stronger, perhaps not in terms of technology or military strength or economically, but being united makes us powerful in our minds and hearts, and with that mentality, our kind will survive and exist for another thousands of years Inshallah with Allahs will.

Superbikez, how about you start off and give us all an example and join the armed forces for example..?
Or perhaps go to Palestina yourself or the Gaza strip and fight alongside with the Palestinian people?
OR..actually mean something to your country and work for Pakistani institutes or government institutes or whatever, have your share and contribution towards a greater Pakistan.
Pakistan doesn't exist that long, it needs the time to develop, the fact that India has an advantage over us due to their far bigger population and their strategic location in terms of resources + their partnerships with other nations benefits them alot, it's only logical, they have the capacities and the features of a potential economical and military power.
Pakistan simply does not have these feautures, and frankly, I don't care, as long as I can see my country flourish, no more poverty, people being able to walk safe outside in the streets, everyone having a job and proper income, no more extremism, and us still being able to give India a good run for its money, then i'll be satisfied, and so should you.

And it's not just about PAF. We have one of the best missiles system. We need jets capable of defending our airspace. As for strike capability, Baburs, Raads and Shaheens are enough.
