More like people have realized that growing hair and not smoking is not the true meaning of Sikhism. Its the true meaning of a cult and they are breaking away from the cult to find religion and god.

Honestly I think religion as we know it is in the process of winding down, give it a couple more generations. spirituality may still be around.

Nope, there are people who go to foreign country to work and then come back to India. They are not the one's who are running away. Mallus are a good example. But there are those who run way to UK, Canada, never to return and then fight for a Khalistan from foreign land. You know every ethnicity has "heroes" , not only the Sikhs .......... its pretty childish to convince yourself otherwise. Do you really think people swallow that crap any-more ? Do you know what percentage means ? now check that data again the find out the percentage of sikhs as PIO and NRI as compared to their population in India.

Sikhs beating other sikhs because they committed a mistake of worshiping a hindu god.Under the modi government minorities seem to hate hindutva ideology as it is getting introduced by force.

Another thing they do, if you watch Bollywood or Saas Bahu shows, is that they get Punjabi actors and actresses to play as hindoos from madras or UP to show the world that "Hey we are beautiful looking fair-skinned people too" when the average hindoo is darker than espresso coffee.
