shouldn't pakistan be asking US for more to fight terrorism despite the cost we've paid

i think the government needs to put its foot down and demand more aid and support the US and ISAF are the ones who are leaving afganistan, and the afgan national army is incapable of fighting them, shouldn't the government ask for more aid, the afgan government might collapse one day then what the, militancy will probably increase now the US is leaving, and its up the pak armed forces to fight them off. What the army has now is nothing, they need the equipment the US and ISAF is leaving behind this would be a start.
