B52 works for US because they can get air superiority.
For USSR/Russia/China and others, we need bombers that can either fly fast enough or stealth enough to break through.

you can't be fast enough with AAM chasing you. not fast enough in next decade when hypersonic missile is ready.
Speed is one attribute of warfare, lower priority compare with stealthy.
Stealth can penetrate, speed was able to penetrate, but no more.

B21 is further development of B2.
B2 is reality since years.
B21 is designed to evade chinese and russia radars. Hence small shape, high altitude aircraft.

No it isn't ... the H-20 is confirmed to be under development just like the B-21. As for the B-21, you are correct. It is meant to be smaller and cheaper than the B-2 with modern engines, EW system, and avionics suite.

A PLA with a fast flying bomber in inventory would pose a far more dangerous threat to Vietnam air defense.

No our fighter jets are unfortunately no longer numerous as they were during the cold war hopeful the PLA has mercy on us.

We have mine clearing machines. Clear the mines and the armor rolls into Hanoi. Any Vietnamese that gets in the way is turned into a bullet riddled pancake.

No, it can't.
But certainly 2 Mach bomber give us more tactic choices than H-6 if we are talking about survivability. Hence it pose greater threats to enemies.

Of course I totally agree stealth bomber is the way to go, it's a no brainer.
