Should Parents of terrorists be also tried by ATCs under NAP?

There are many cases when parents esp the male kins of a terrorist are aware of his activities and his affiliations with different terrorist group. While parents and relatives of the victims of terrorism suffer from acts of terrorists, why should such kins of terrorists be at ease and not tried as accomplices of the bad guys? Shouldnt one be tried under law for hiding a potential criminal and letting him play havoc? Let those butchers feel the pain in that way too. But again there are many families who really have no idea of the activities of their children. In my view a law should be passed which should consider those parents as abettors in crimes who knowingly do not report the criminal activities of their children. Such people are as much responsible for activities of bad guys as bad guys are.

Go after not just the Parents but all the relatives and neighbours as well. Do what Ayub Khan used to do, level the whole village of the terrorist. That is the language these people understand. If they can come and wipe out School Children of Army personnel, we should take the cue from them.
