Should Pakistan become a Presidential System ? And give up the Prime Minister System

In-country like Pakistan, where the corrupt ruling class knows how to manipulate the system. It's Westminister or Presidential system all can easily be managed. A totally collapsed judicial system in the country, a backbone of all public machinery and democracy.

Pakistan's chaotic ethos and population which is a function of too much freedom and that needs to reigned in...

There is no state writ and no respect for state institutions and entities, except for the military, no body pays heed to police or judiciary or the politicians...

All the countries in the region and in the "East" developed and advanced with strong and overwhelming state machinery and through a police state, where you have informants at every corner to check the behavior of the public...

When there is the fear of the state, people's behavior changes and invariably do the right thing...

And that's what we need in Pakistan to reign in all the freedoms to steal, to respect the public property to follow the laws, to not embezzle, to not do foreign bidding, to show up to state jobs on time and perform it competently, etc. etc.

Presidential system is good but in Pakistan, it will be rotten because we are so corrupt. In Presidential system the bureaucracy will become more powerful and we know how corrupt they are and they r answerable to no one. Elected officials have to atleast answer to ppl because they need votes.
I would suggest a presidential system with more power to local elected officials and power devolved to local levels. Completely eliminating the bureaucratic system, where local administrators are elected and administrators for institutions being raised within those institutions.
In current system a BA pass 18 grade is sent to head institutes like TEVTA and disaster management and others where he has no experience. The arrogant bureaucrat is made to lead all these decades experienced and qualified staff. I know a highly qualified guy, a PhD and highly experienced, work under a dumb arrogant bureaucrat and he tells me how that moron and many more destroy important institutions.
