Until there is no poverty in Pakistan, until not a single child sleeps hungry at night and nobody has to just work for food and gas.

Pakistan should take in any immigrant or refugee in the world which fits this list:

1) Have at least $100 000 usd their willing to invest in Pakistan or if they don’t have that they must serve Pakistan armed forces as a conscript for at least 5 years
2) Have memorized Pakistans national anthem
3) Have learned Pakistans history from 1947 to present
4) Sign a contract stating even if one of their family members is involved in a crime the whole family gets deported
5) One member of the family must serve Pakistan armed forces as a conscript
6) Have no history of anti Pakistan sentiment or activities
7) Once they get their Pakistani PR or Citizenship, the first 10 years of them getting it they’ll be constantly monitored when the slightest of anti pak sentiment shows it gets revoked
8) They must be Muslim or have basic knowledge of Islam since majority of Pakistan is Muslims

This way we can get patriotic and useful immigrants and refugees

-Mostly DONT WORKING or have Informal businesses.
-Instead of (NA kaa ke na kaaj ke, DUSHMAN anaj kE), we can ask them to work & pay taxes!
-In the past 20 years, there were some improvements Afghanistan's higher education.
-What if we allow these professional (Doctors, engineers etc) and other educated people to work in Pakistan's NEGLECTED SOCIAL & other sectors working in the private sectors.
-Mind you, MOST AFGHANS are ALREADY ALLOWED TO WORK IN PAKISTAN IF THEY HAVE ALIEN (NARA) CARD FROM NADRA.
-State can also use to them to settle some in Balochistan to DILUTE Baloch majority/separatism and demographics.
-Females can be given citizenship once married to local men as per Pakistan allow (Foreign females are given citizenship once married to Pakistani Men/Foreign Men not allowed to be citizen even if married to Pakistani Ladies)
-All above to be done after extensive & rigorous security/background check by Intelligence agencies.

I am not sure if it happened because of state "policy" or just a numbers game as population in Baluchistan is insanely low (more than half of Baloch tribes are settled in Sindh (Zaradari etc) and Punjab (Seraiki tribes like our current CM Punjab, I think most tribes speak both Saraiki and Balochi)

This happened because of native Pak Pashtuns or Afghan refugees this I do not know- probably @jus_chillin can tell as he is from there
I hope its not refugees as Afghan craving for sea access will F-us up and create long term ramifications...

All our southern provinces are pretty mixed up tbh (this demographics issue is causing ethno-centrism in the first place or demographics is the solution?) - this I do not know

Around 55% of Sindhis are sindhis demographic wise (cause Seraikis are considered Sindhis or a sindhi dialect in Sindh if you get rid of them than its even lower)
If Seraikis are a separate group than only 70-65% of people in Punjab are Punjabis rest Seraiki, around 8-9% Urdu speaking and 2% Pashtun (which means Punjabis itself become minority in the country although still a big one)

All in all demographics "games" is mind numbingly complicated as its too mixed up everywhere
and it definitely shouldn't become a "state" policy or tool as ramifications can be deadly- although natural migrations shouldn't be stopped as our Indus people have migrated everywhere that's why you'll see our demographics scattered everywhere

Don't play with demographics by bringing a foreign group from a different country to your native pop that historically beefed with your country, it'll be deadly

There is 70% unemployment rate among the EDUCATED YOUTH of Pakistan. When these highly educated youths cannot find jobs, they either go overseas and or open a food stall to survive, and this corrupt government then starts calling them "EMPLOYED", and gives wrong figures to IMF, World Bank, etc.

But you want to bring these Afghan haters to Pakistan and give them jobs???

Overseas Pakistanis can come home and bring big bank with them and expertise. Pakistan should start preparing for this by creating new cities to western standards and a job market which can take advantage of the cream of your crop and then watch the magic. For this to happen you need to incubate without outside interference. Corporations with 1000+ employees can start to become established. Technology transfer in medical and engineering, existing companies will gain honest and competent MDs and GDP and employment will sky rocket.

How about removing anyone who is illegal or anti-Pakistan for immediate removal from Pakistan and not just Afghans?

Yeah and what about the biharis and muhajirs who came after 1951 and bengalis who came way after 1951. Going by the logic used against the Afghans, aren't the former also a huge security risk, since they all joined MQM and engaged in terrorist activities.

those people who want to bring in afghan refugees should adopt an afghan family and start sending them a monthly stipend in Afghanistan where they can anchor and run along till things are better.Those outside Pakistan proposing the same idea should open a business and sponsor them as a clerk or cook.that man will send home $$.

Afghans have an inherent hate and resentment for Pakistan that dates back to the Khilafat movement. It is taught from generation to generation so I find it odd that Pakistanis want to offer anything else in return after seeing that experiment fail since 1979.

They were and Pakistanis were robbed and thrown back when they got to Kabul.

I don't know why Pakistan keeps taking the initiative with Afg, it should be coming from them. The onus is on them to win over Pak, not the other way round.

I personally don't have problems with any Afghanistan resident to be in Pakistan , legally help contribute to growth , provided they appreciate being in Pakistan

I personally have always considered Afghanistan to be a future Province of Pakistan thru merger in ideal circumstances
as a Next Province joining with their own will power. However it would require a visionary Leader in Afghanistan to Approach Pakistan with a proposal

Should Afghanistan want to join the Pakistani Political Setup , as a Province , no problem

• Get certain number of Seats in Federal Parliament
• Free Trade Agreement as new Province of Pakistan

That’s exactly what happened during the Khilafat movement - Afghanistan let the march goers sit in the cold and die.
However, just like all balanced societies Pakistan needs to differentiate between those that do want to be supportive of Pakistan and those that want to basically hate the hands that feeds them. Bear in mind they did face a lot of hatred and racism when they first came and mostly from their cousins in NWFP. As they started moving out usually with criminal elements then the problems multipled.
