true. but that comes with pit falls. lack of maintenance oversight and training for the crews. rushing can sometimes mean you are rushing to fail.

my point was the type of Carrier the Chinese canceled were non ramp. the current two and the one they are currently building is ramp Carrier. it doesn't have a Catapult because of that. so they their fighters have a limited take off weight. also the J15 has weak engines.

the ramp also stop them from having planes. so no AEWC/C2 which means they greatly limited their defense while out in the ocean away from the main land.
