The bold part is the sole reason. The sunnis dont consider shias as muslims. Rest...you can imagine.

Deploying police is bad idea. If some one dies in police firing, media and leftist politicians will blame BJP/RSS as usual. Besides a policeman shouldn't risk his precious life for this.

Don't be silly, the duty of the government is to protect every single one of its citizens and thus should be deploying the maximum number of assets to ensure this.

4. Sunnis are mostly poor , uneducated and rough. Historically Sunni were poor and cruel. just after Oil discovery sunni became rich.
5. more than 80% Muslim are Sunni.
6. Most of Islamic terrorist organization are Sunni. Almost all are Sunni terrorists organization.
7. The Ultimate Goal of Sunni terorrists is to kill/convert all Shias...

Dude Shias are not what you are thinking.. there are very few country where Shias are safe (Including India). Indian govt must act fast to save then or soon they will extinct like Parsis...

Shias are progressive , educated , Patriot and very humble ppl. They don't do riots... They are victim of same terrorism which we are facing.

These are Shias:

They beat themselves on the day of Ashura, ostensibly to mourn the deaths in Karbala. Sunnis have nothing of the sort.

There is absolutely no basis to say that Sunnis are 'poor and rough' or anything compared to Shias. If anything, it's the exact opposite.
The sectarian violence is what happens when people divide themselves into groups, just like what happens with football hooligans and the sort. Only difference is that for sectarian violence, they consider their 'cause' to be a lot more serious.

All of that is forbidden in Islam. Both sides are guilty and will be answerable to God (According to Islam).
