Painting statistics is that it is. The fact remains that terrorism is still high. The number of blast may have decreased but the regular death toll has not. In other words, the terrorists are getting more efficient and this has nothing to do with the efforts of the government.

thats more or less due to the attack on the church. otherwise the number of incidents have fallen in 2-3 months... lets hope it goes on to decline that way...
