what is the current situation of shamsi airbase?
is it use in pakistan army -airforce ?

The reality is that its still used by Americans.......and the evacuation was just drama.

Pak army r the people who can be rented if u r willing to pay$$$$$$

Shamsi base was constructed by US to suit their own requirements, and i think, PAF has already acknowledged that Shamsi Base/land does not belong to PAF. a minister from last PPP govt, has said on record that it was taken on loan from some Gulf country. So Shamsi had never been included in PAF grand strategy (regarding placing of air assets at MOBs and FOBs)

Just look at the location of Shamsi, neither it is suitably located to support operations/generate sorties for Eastern Border, since J/Abad and Nawabshah can do the same. Shamsi is located too much in hinterland for sorties for E border. Now consider to meet sit on Western Border, Quetta the Main Operating Base, then Naval Base at Turbat (now under construction); Gawadar and Pasni have adequate runways. so in case PAF has to deploy its assets, then they may be at these three bases.
Shamsi cannot support any air operation in East or Western Border from PAF perspective.
Also , Shamsi cannot be of any use to Army aviation, obviously!

well,to some extent it may be true that Pakistan's elections are controlled by some other countries,however people living in rural areas lack education and vote for bradris,zaats etc --- without knowning that they are putting their and others future at stake!

then if thats so then why in lahore, Karachi where IK brought Tsunami failed to elect his party?

in these urban centers he failed too!!! this proves me right.

It's foolish to completely blame capitalism, as a corruption free capitalist society does pretty well off.

What is needed is not capitalism's demise, but a rethink on how to implement economic reforms, which include both capitalist and socialist economic policies.

Every society is corrupt to some degree, the only difference is that for some, it is easier to control because they have the right mechanisms to control and combat it.

The only real solution is to a mix of socialism and capitalism, anything of the two extreme sides is bad. We must recognize that every system has it's flaws, that nothing on this earth is perfect. Once that occurs, only then will we realized that in order to progress, we must follow the middle road.
