no the beauty comes from everywhere...aishwarya came from the southern most south...sushmita came from east...madhuri came from south...
you can patronize any one...just the other day some one was pointing out how the Kapoors have Pakistaniyat in them and that is why they are beautiful...
A lot of people in India haev some connection with Pakistan and vice versa..selective patronage is good to score brownie points...
IMO the real Pathan was Feroze khan...that man had style!

To be specific, Madhuri from West India (Maharashtra). She comes from ethnicity of Konkanastha Brahmin. These people are peculiarly beutiful. They are also amazingly simple in their lifestyle.

The ethnicity that Aishwarya comes from, i.e. Tulu speaking people from Karnataka are known for their stunning beauty. Every third girl from that community is as stunning as Aishwarya.

So, the millions may choose to become doctor, engineer, social worker, scientists, writers or just housewives and only a few may choose to become an actress. No big deal about that. The others does not become less beutiful, just because they are not known to us.

well there is no doubt that there is only 1 aish rai from millions of billions of kazzellions...just as there is only one jinxeD underscore from the same lot..
but there are many more...Asin for example...and Nina manuel for example...Padma LAkshmi is a south Indian...and as far as East Indians are concerned...they are amongst the most beautiful people in the whole sub-continent...Bengalis are beautiful...
but then you'd know having looked at millions and millions of everything...
