Might cause an over-load, blow a fuse or two. But there must be plans for setting up the required utilities required for such a project including power generational capacity enhancement. Otherwise why would he sign a deal like this? Maybe you guys are missing our on something. The Chinese aren't daft, they must have looked into it.
