What do you mean if i am right? I am right about this! Look up the pre partition numbers for west pakistan and compare with the numbers of 1947 and see the similarity. Anyways that aside let me give you some other numbers! Hindu population in West pakistan in 1951 : 1.3%
1998 : 1.6%
I see an increase! Other than that hinduism is the fastest growing religion in pakistan.
