But the Kerala Assembly made amendments in the relevant laws through a resolution passed in its Assembly to counter the Supreme Court judgement in the Mullaperiyar Dam issue,and the water level is still 136. kerala assembly will do the same again

You agreed that your state govt. violates SC order great man. Badass Karuna compromise everything but Jaya is different eg: recent Mullaiperiyar protest.

Wat the situation in 2006 is not same now , if verdicts favours TN ,KL should accept that. If your govt.pass such resolution against SC order then there might have chances to dissolve ur govt. for insubordination.
