Firstly, why would Bangladesh need and allow a foreign country to interfere with their FDI for food storage? Secondly, in order to improve the food storage industry, the government has to improve the overall standard of living. The people of Bangladesh have far more issues than taking care of food storage. You cannot ask them for it because they cannot afford it. I would suggest focusing on improving the standard of living first.
