As for these movements u have claimed-

Barring Punjab, J&K and Tamil Nadu they are all based in the NE and are now largely extinct.

In Assam the Bodos want a separate state not a separate country. Bodos are very patriotic people as was shown in their role in Assam riots where they fought and defeated Bangladeshi infiltrators.

In Punjab most of these separatist activities have shifted to UK and Canada.

In Tamil Nadu the Tamil pride movement is led by DMK a political party which got 0 seats in the Lok Sabha elections.
No forces deployed in Tamil Nadu for separatist activites indicating that all is well.

In J&K the separatist activities are limited to the 3 muslim majority areas of Srinagar, Baramulla and Anantnag.
The Hindu majority areas of Jammu and Udhampur along with Buddhist majority Ladakh are highly patriotic and serve in armed forces in large numbers. This indicates it is a religious based terror activity and not truly separatism.
