CIVILIAN

i know that India has many satellites for communication purposes. I know that India has also launched satellites called EduSat, to connect the far off places in India so as to educate them.

MILITARY
India launched its first exclusively military satellite(spy satellite) some time back.

I know India is developing its alternative to the pentagon's GPS navigation system with Russia called GLONASS. Thats about it matey. No idea about any sensors.
