There are so many websites who operates in Pakistan, and they are offering send gifts to karachi, lahore etc. but they are very expensive and charged hidden. i tried 2 to 3 companies, but friendly speaking i can suggest you to choose karachigifts they didn't charged you extra. but note that, when i ordered something they promised to deliver in 5 working days, but i got my delivery in 8 days.
