Pakistanis run their import and export businesses on the Afghan side of the Torkham border.

i.e Smuggling , call it what it is since these "businesses" are all undocumented , goods movement is tax free, custom free and just about everything free , sorry this cannot go on as it has now become a security risk

FATA residents should have thought before becoming a hub of anti state activities that sooner or later the gravy train of free for all will get checked due to anti-state activities originating from those parts of the country.

Its not as much about ethnicity as it is about money , there is a LOT of money made from smuggling between Pakistan and Afghanistan

According to the ratified Durand Line treaty of 1905, people living within five miles on either side of the Durand Line can travel freely and don't need any permission. Maybe they issues people living in these areas some sort of cards.

that was b/w eng & afg Pakistan has no obligation to follow it if there is a treaty b/w afg and pak then show it
