Big deal; the taliban have been using self steering bombs for decades.

Ah but it is a big deal. No more bombing mosques by the terrorists or killing people in the streets just for one target. Now they don't need to use a suicide bomber to kill many to get to one person. A laser guided bullet is all that is needed and its cheaper.
