If this is true, then she might be facing some trouble. If she fears deportation from India, she could consider going to Nepal first and applying for asylum there, staying until the situation calms down. Why isn't she allowed to stay in India? After all, she married an Indian. With all the attention surrounding her case, it's puzzling why they are treating her this way.
