Indian SC is independent and I am glad that your appreciate that one.

As a state, India is on a self-destructive course. There are no sane voices in India anymore, and you are appreciated if you are a bigger hater, bigger extremist, a biggest terrorist within yourself. What democratic principles we dont have? We have opposition parties waiting to dislodge the govt in coming elections. We have many newspapers, TV Channels, websites, Youtube Channels, "Stand up Comedian", "Intellectual", "Journalists" etc. who earn their bread and butter by critisizing the govt and the Prime Minister day in and day out. Our Judiciary is independent - If it was not then you think the Ram Mandir case would have dragged on for 150 + years in a country with 80% Hindu? Our Army is under the civilian authorities unlike our neighbours where army controls the govt.

Even this verbal protest and call for boycott of a product because of its add is part of the democratic process. It is called freedom of speech and expression. You don't like something so you protest against it. The company has the right to make the add anyway they want. The people also have the right to protest and call for a boycott of the product. The FoE goes both ways.

The presence of few isolated law and order does not mean that democracy is finished. Democracy does not mean that their will be no law and order issues at all. We have police and judiciary for law and order. If you say that muslims are being especially target es so it is not a democracy then would you by same standards say that USA is not a democracy because blacks are diapropotionately targeted?

ram mandir case doesn't make sense at all. There is no archeological evidence to prove it existed but speaking of it.In a real democracy the police wouldn't just stand by and let radicals terrorise and murder innocent people.
Had you been a real democracy or anything close to it zakir naik wouldn't have fled or ehsan jaffri's family wouldn't ask others for help.
