if Vietnam is not a communist dictatorship then it is even worse - a fascist dictatorship. Vietnam is proven to be a fascist dictatorship because it engaged in ethnic cleansing of the Chinese minority twice: once in 1979 and once in 2014. Americans do not want to support fascism.
