The reason Fazlu and Siraj ul Haq aren't PM is because they are from KPK.

PMs are selected from Punjab. Punjab is Pakistan. I don't know a single Pashtun that ever became PM in history of Pakistan.

This is also why Khadim Rizvi was a mortal threat to deep state because he was from Punjab and gathering votes fast.
