Its govt borrowed money from abroad in two hands to build a few projects that it is unable to pay back with only $3 billion in its coffer now. This money is good for only one month's import.

BD under the BAL govt has been pursuing similar economic policies. Not what the GoB says, but the reliable sources say the FE reserve is only $20 billion now and it will reduce to $10 billion by June this year.
