How this one broAn ideal deep strike aircraft is something in the league of tornado, su-24 but those are not easily available.
Yes, that is incredible aircraft. Only issue is russians know it and will milk everyone wanting to get it.How this one bro
No impossible/ wishful thinking of yours these are strategic weapons of superpowers, they wont allow to look at it and you consider them to sell it to Pakistan, then why Soviet sell Tu-160/ Tu-95 to india in cold war, then why US sell their B-1/B-52 to Israel to check Israeli opponents in ME this will not going to happen in near or nor far futureMy vote is for Tu 160M2 ............. although currently impossible for us but we can acquire these monsters in future ......... option is on........... depends upon Russian policy
I doubt we have 800km available to us considering our geographical depth. To do this these bombers will be flying in Iranian or Afghan air space. But your point is well taken sir. Before reading your reply I thought this idea of PAF having bombers was absurd as they won't be able to penetrate Indian airspace to be of any use. But stand-off weapons like Babur or Raad changes that and it will be of great help against IAF FOBs and those S400s when they arrive. At the very most, your ground launchers are 300km away from the border (if you intend to take out s400) and are as such very vulnerable to IAF strikes. You need to keep the airspace clear AND push the IAF airbases back. The further they have to fly to strike Pakistan, the less sorties they can fly. The less sorties they fly the less chance they have of achieving Air superiority over Pakistan. What you guys relying on ballistic missile strikes are failing to calculate is that any ballistic missile launch will be construed as a nuclear strike and will meet a similar response. To keep the conflict conventional as long as possible, CM are needed, and currently Babur doesnt have the range necessary to keep S400 AND IAF at bay. An air launched variant will give 1200km range minimum, which keeps your bomber assets at least 800km from tue border AND still able to reach 400km across the border. As further strikes continue, it can reach deeper into India. This frees up PAF to focus on defending the airspace.
As for defense of bombers this is a nonsensical point in this scenario. Its no different than having AWACs. PA and PAF SAMs along with JF-17 and F-16 can provide adequate defense for the bomber, especially when its 800km from any action AND it being provided good situational awareness by a fleet of 11 AWACs. Most likely IAF fighters wont be able to get close to them until air superiority is established. By the time that happens, the H-6Ks would have decimated IAF FOBs and S400 batteries that didnt retreat from the border, as well as IA armor and formations in Pakistan, making it very costly for India to continue a protracted enough battle to achieve air superiority and allowing time for a forced peace.
india's western theater which faces pakistan is within ragen of most twin engined fighters.Sir India is huge, We will need a super drone in achieving what we want to achieve here. But I agree that first we must concentrate on tactical strike platforms like SU-35. Twin engine Multi roles who can take role of tactical strike platform due to its load carrying and IFR capabilities. So far, PAF's tactical strike squadrons are operating Mirages which must be replaced by something in the class of Flankers.
New Recruit
Love this Amazing aircraft. some orthodox features ie. pilot access from bottom lavatory for crew. How this one bro

but difficult to get it currentlyHi,
This would be the ideal aircraft for strike roles if available amongst modern aircraft---but then the JH7 is no slouch either.
It can carry cruise missle with 2000 Km range.Again, no strike aircraft can carry the firepower of the H-6K and certainly not with the security of the bomber. Any fighter approaching 200km of the border will be targeted by IAF or S-400 so already they have pushed your fighters back. The only way to defend it is to overwhelm their airbases and SAMs with missile strikes. Certain ground launchers play a role, but yiu are only going to get (at max) 600km of range into India whereas an airlaunched Babur will get a lot further amd with H-6K can do so eradicate a base with 1-2 aircraft where as it wpuld take an entire wing of Su-34 amd they mau not all make it back.
Strategic bomber is not for sale. China has loads of cash, Russia won't sell.My vote is for Tu 160M2 ............. although currently impossible for us but we can acquire these monsters in future ......... option is on........... depends upon Russian policy
