Is Pakistan Justice System is for only general public , rich and power full are exempted?

Could any one tell, if there are prisoners, mentally stress free in jails? ... if they are also stressed than what about their right to enjoy bails like NS. Else state should constitutionally declare the existence of two systems of law and justice in Pakistan - for elite class and common man.

Right , This is responsibility of NA to pass the bill in the interest of nation and general public.

Mental stress? ? Everybody gets stress when he goes to jail. This is natural.
So should we free everyone? ?
I am surprised by decision. History in making!!! Even 6 year child can understand that stress is normal in jail.
