The Supreme Court on Thursday accepted the Bahria Town Karachi's offer for Rs460 billion and restrained the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) from filing references against it.

That's around 5+ billion dollar after paying such huge compensation can this beautiful project sustain ? :(

it still can as they are so rich, plus its just Bahria Karachi, there are other dozens of projects they are working on or have completed.

its not about gunaah it was some malpractices for which they are paying huge fines, we should stop bringing politics everywhere, its business after all and they are one of the biggest tax payers as well.

& what about politicians. At least he is paying. And main culprits is not Bahria but Democratically elect Sindh Govt.
While complaining about Bahria we should not forget how f**ked up the system is.

Mal practice, have you really studied the case ?

They sold the property which they never bought
They exchanged the property in Karachi with some property in jungle of Balochistan Iran border
They forcefully removed and purchased the property from small residents on throw away prices

Do you really think this is just Mal Practice ?

I am not even counting unproven crimes such as bribery, extrotion etc which are abvious in the case
