NAB's 11 Questions For Bushra Bibi

Collection of funds of this "school" was almost 50% of Punjab University's grants and funds, students at this school were 0.001% of Punjab University. Trustees should not be asked any questions?? Funds were given a week after 190 BP transferred to Malik Riaz account, no doubts should arise??
Whats the foundation of the case here if you want to spin an argument? Which law is breached? Suspection of what crime?

If university is built or not built, 0 rupee goes to Imran Khan or Bushra BB. In either case they're receive nothing. So what's the allegation?

And do you suspect corruption on IK who's running largest cancer charity networks for 20+ years. Seriously? Apni Sharam bhi bech dali tum logon nay?

All part of a plan to break IK and keep him out of Politics forever.

They have got help from 100s of Congress and Senate members of USA, to overthrow military and civil regime in Pakistan and reinstall Imran Khan.

Still you are beating Amreki Sazish!! Bravo!

They have got help from 100s of Congress and Senate members of USA, to overthrow military and civil regime in Pakistan and reinstall Imran Khan.

That's why he is still in Prison and over 10k PTI workers in prison as
well. PTI can't even hold a corner meeting without gestapo Police
turning up.

On one side of the case, Malik Riaz and Nawaz Sharif's son Hassan Nawaz were buying/selling a house in London. They are not asked, questioned, or part of this case.

Another party to the dispute is the Supreme Court which has received the money and has £190 million Pounds sitting in its bank account, too, and is not a party to this investigation.

Absolutely no party to the case, neither the recipient of the money nor involved in the buying/selling of the Nawaz's house is under trial in jail.

This is what the Pakistan Army is doing to this country. Pakistanis ask what else is called Harazm Zadgi and what else would reveal the insincerity of the Armed Forces to the state of Pakistan.

Who conceived the idea of Al Qadir Trust and, how was land for it determined, what was your role, what are your educational qualifications are just some of the 11 questions posed by NAB to former first lady Bushra Bibi, the wife of former prime minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan.

Bushra Bibi was handed the questionnaire on Monday after she appeared before the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) authorities in Islamabad in the £190 million repatriation and Al Qadir Trust cases.

NAB had recently changed Bushra Bibi's status from a witness in the case to a suspect.

Below are the 11 questions posed to Bushra Bibi:

  1. What are your educational qualifications? Have you completed a course on Islami teachings? (Fiqh, certification)?

  2. What was the purpose of creating the Al Qadir University Project Trust?

  3. Apart from being a trustee, are you rendering any services as a teacher at the varsity?

  4. As a trustee or as a teacher, do you draw any salary or other perks from the university?

  5. Who conceived the Al Qadir University Trust, and how did you determine the location to establish it?

  6. What are your responsibilities as a trustee of the university?

  7. What is the role of Malik Riaz and Bahria Town in the creation of the university? Did you reach out to them, or did they first express an interest in setting up the trust?

  8. How do you know Farhat Shahzadi? Are you satisfied with her role and financial standing?

  9. Do you know about the acknowledgement of the donation deed dated March 24, 2021?

  10. Do you know where the original documents of the deed are? Kindly state where is the original acknowledgement of the donation deed dated March 24, 2021.

  11. Do you know that a total of 240 kanal of land was transferred in the name of Farhat Shahzadi by Bahria Town (in Mouza Mora Noor, Islamabad)?
Recently, unconfirmed reports claimed from an anonymous account claimed that Farhat Shahzad, alias Farah Gogi, had bought a passport from the Pacific island nation of Vanuatu, which allowed her to travel to several countries without appearing on the radar of Pakistani authorities.

It further claimed that Farhat was allegedly tasked with stashing and laundering alleged corruption money in different parts of the world.

Meanwhile, there were reports that Bushra Bibi's name has been included on a no-fly list.

The amount of Whataboutism in this thread is baffling!

  • Those generals were the ones who brought IK to power.
  • Instead of coming clean, IK just hurled his fanatics at military bases like cannon fodder. Needless to say, he far overestimated his might!
  • The said cannon fodder is now rotting away in prisons, yet no one gives a sh!t. Whereas the passive fanatics just whine, snivel, and cry everywhere on the internet.
  • Speaking of fanatics, no IK fanatic ever tries to explain the role of Gogi or even Bushran Mai in the on-going scandal.
  • No one likes to talk about Al-Qadir trust and its link with Malik Riaz, a well-known corrupt socialite.
  • He speaks against Israel yet married a Yahoodi chick. Plus, no one knows what religion his very own sons follow! Do they follow the Yahoodi mommy or the Playboy daddy?!
  • No one ever explains why IK is now whining to America when, in his very own words, they were the ones behind his disqualification. Nibba wut?!
  • No one ever admits the simple fact that PTI, in its heydays, was full of ex-PPP and PMLN filth! Get a PTI ticket and, all of a sudden, the Patwaris and Wadiras suddenly turn into National Heros in the eyes of the fanatics.
Yeesh arsewipes, get a grip!

Generals ... yes , Generals ...and again and again Generals .. our political system is disrupted and destroyed. Right now Pak has a virtual marshal law. But once Nawaz is back in power, he won't let go past easily. He will speak out and Generals will be again in action.

This is what the Pakistan Army is doing to this country. Pakistanis ask what else is called Harazm Zadgi and what else would reveal the insincerity of the Armed Forces to the state of Pakistan.

UK agency asked questions about this from Hassan Nawaz, he cleared his name by providing sufficient evidence.
Ali Riaz paid £42 million to Hassan Nawaz for a property in London in 2016, but PTI fan club will dispute all £190 million "dirty money".

This Houdini act meant that Malik Riaz did not pay anything to the government of Pakistan as instructed by NCA but instead used his influence to use the same money to pay a fine in a completely unrelated case, thus costing Pakistani taxpayers over 45 billion rupees.

In November, videos surfaced of PM Imran Khan’s Accountability Advisor Shahzad Akbar meeting Malik Riaz at his £45 million flat in Lancaster Gate (still owned by Malik Riaz) and at a hotel. They met each other daily for about a week, according to an investigative report in the British media. A few days later the NCA announced that it had reached a deal with Malik Riaz Hussain and that he has agreed to return £190 million to the state of Pakistan after failing to satisfy the clear origins of his UK investments including the purchase of the 1 Hyde Park Place mansion from Hasan Nawaz Sharif.

Malik Riaz Hussain is back in news as the UK court’s decision of the immigration bench rejected Malik Riaz’s appeal which means that the billionaire property tycoon cannot enter the United Kingdom. Not many people are aware of the full story of what happened.

It was in December 2014 when Malik Riaz opened discussions with Hasan Nawaz Sharif to purchase the prized Hyde Park Place property from him which was on sale in the market for £45 million as Malik Riaz’s daughter wanted to buy it.

In mid-2015, the exchange was done and through family negotiations, Hasan agreed to sell the property to Malik Riaz at £42.5 million.

The NCA started its inquiry into the deal as soon as the deal of £42.5 million was made but there were also several other transactions of millions of Pounds including from a Dubai bank. The NCA found several large payments had been sent to London from the same bank account totalling tens of millions of pounds in the previous months.

A huge inquiry was opened during which Hasan Nawaz’s accounts were also investigated and the larger property investments of the Malik Riaz family.

According to papers, Hasan Nawaz’s accountants paid £26 million to the bank in repayment of debt and kept the remaining amount. The amount into his account was not directly from Malik Riaz but came through his English solicitor’s account after due diligence was made in the 1 Hyde Park Place sale.

Hasan Nawaz’s original investment in the property through a bank loan was also investigated but nothing illegal or suspicious was found.

At the same time, Malik Riaz was told that all his assets in the UK were under investigation and that he should provide the clear origins of the money. Malik Riaz, according to legal sources, was unable to provide a legitimate source for a large part of the money he sent from Dubai to the UK but his lawyers put a strong challenge to save his large property portfolio.

Malik Riaz’s lawyers were unable to satisfy the investigators about the transfers made from Dubai to the UK accounts and found that large sums were deposited in Dubai and UK bank accounts without explanation of their legal origins or proper trail.

While the investigation was in the initial phase, the Dubai bank shut down Malik Riaz’s account and he brought all his money to the UK accounts, according to a source who has worked with Malik Riaz. This created further issues for Malik Riaz once the money had landed in the UK.

When things became difficult for him, Malik Riaz sought the help of the most influential people in Pakistan including PM Imran Khan and his advisor Shahzad Akbar, who leads the Assets Recovery Unit (ARU) and was allegedly tasked to act on behalf of the state of Pakistan to facilitate Malik Riaz.

Just a week after Malik Riaz transferred a big piece of land and one billion in accounts of a trust owned by Imran Khan his wife Bushra and her close friend Fahat Shehzadi.

That's a perfect example of how illogical minds of the Army are running.

You've just fought my case with this effort. Thanks for putting this paragraph and revealing how much proof-poor you are. Even if everything you're saying is true - which I doubt comes from a soldier in the Pakistan Army - you have effortfully proven Imran Khan's innocence. Trustees do not own the land, trustees do not receive the money. If the University was built or not built, it would never send $1 to Imran Khan or Bushra. This fact will haunt your nefarious designs.

Malik Riaz despite being refused to buy land in the UK is not under trial. Congratulations for not acting against him.
