From java to nodejs, everything is USA owned. How they gonna do that, I wonder?

When mobiles were invented and produced in masses by u.s owned companies people also think this that how anyone can manufacture smartphones as most companies are owned by u.s but china dominated this market and produced smartphones competitive of u.s.In the same manner they will develop their own operating system

Oracle only supports and distributes java libraries, java run time and compiler. No one is prevented from writing their own java compiler , libraries or compiler. I dont think you have any idea of what you are talking about.
