Saudi-led Coalition Captured Iranian Made Missiles Smuggled to Houthi Terrorists

In a press conference, the Saudi-led coalition spokesperson revealed that KSA units in a clandestine operation succeeded in recovering in tact a number of Iranian made Sayyad-2 missiles smuggled to the Houthi terrorists. The coalition monitored some Houthi militants being trained on the system at Sanna Airport by some Iranian experts.

If Iran wanted to arm Houthis with Iranian missiles with Iranian markings on them they would have armed them with mass number of cheaper & lighter missiles to target bases like:

King Khalid AFB is only ~200km away from northern Yemen


If Iran wanted to send missiles to Yemen that would of had a real effect on the Saudi Military they would have sent large quantities of lower cost missiles with cluster warheads to target Saudi bases within 200km

Yes Iran had SM-1's and reverse engineered it! SO WHAT? You think the Saudi's can't get their hands on SM-1's and paint Iranian markings on them to create propaganda?

As for the base the point is there are far more attractive targets within 200km and if Iran wanted to arm the Houthis with missiles all they would need to do is send mass number cheaper and more effective weapons that can be transported in small parts and later assembled in Yemen and doing that would be far more simpler than transporting just one Qiam missile to Yemen

And why the hell would Iran send a Sayyad-2 Missile to Yemen with Iranian markings on them? it's a SAM that requires radar batteries and it's too expensive of a platform to convert to ground to ground missile

You can't have it both ways either Iran can freely transport SAM, Batteries & Ballistic Missiles to Yemen or they can't and if they can transport those things then they can easily transport mass numbers of cheaper & more effective missiles there too and if they can't then this is all BS!

Saudi's have been stuck in Yemen and have gained nothing and now they wanna blame Iran for their own short comings and the truth is if Iran wanted to arm the Houthis they would have armed them in the same manner they have armed Hezbullah with UAV's and mass number of low cost rockets and low cost missiles and NOT with Qiam Ballistic Missiles and SM-1's
