First of all..he is not talking about valentine being celebrated by Muslims.. but just saying happy valentine to people who are celebrating it..is not against Sharia.. For example if one lives in Riyadh and has a lot of western friends who celebrate this event.. it is not forbidden for him to congratulate his friends..
