Additionally, the house of Saud is now engaged in economic (oil) warfare vs Iran and Russia.
Another reason to not stop exports would be because the shiny new toys would stop coming (R&D too)
It is no secret that Spain and Italy both need low prices of oil in order to relieve their ailing recovery.
You can take a wild guess from who latest batches of tech transfers were made (Spain-tanks, Italy-AESA radar).

Useless people with useless priorities in life. she is more interested in living in the West rather than serving her people.

How do you know what her "priorities" are? There are many people who want to living in the West thanks to the high standard of living, freedom and liberal laws. Compare that to KSA and it shouldn't be surprising why someone like her would want to move to the UK, a great country to live in.

Why should she "serve" her own people? Last time I checked, millions migrate to different countries every year for the sole purpose of improving their life and there's nothing wrong in this. In fact it's probably a good thing. And I'd suggest KSA give Saudi women the rights they deserve before any of them consider "serving" their own people (whatever that means).

Instead she wants to live in a five star hotel in London with no purpose in her life.

It's pretty clear that she wants a better future for herself and her four kids. And all the power to her if thats what she wants.
