JEDDAH: Foreign Minister Adel Al-Jubeir will meet his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov next week.

The two men will meet in Moscow on Wednesday for talks, Russia's TASS news agency reported.

More to follow ...

Issues of mutual interest that will be discussed.

1) The S-400 deal. Most likely finalizing the last parts of the deal and the degree of localization/production inside KSA.

2) Other joint military projects (some known, most secret).

3) Syria and the ongoing battle against the failed MB project.

4) A briefing on the economic deals signed not long ago.

5) A briefing about the space projects signed back in late 2017.

6) Russia trying to convince KSA why their nuclear power plants should be chosen as KSA is finalizing its nuclear tender in late 2018.

7) Update on the situation of the oil market and continued cooperation (worth billions of dollars each week) in this regard as usual when the world's two biggest oil producers meet.

As a side note it's worth mentioning that Russia took a public stance in favor of KSA during the recent spat with Tradeau's Canada that was left alone as none of their allies or historical ones spoke against KSA.:sarcastic:

3) Syria and the ongoing battle against the failed MB project.

Can you use more moronic smileys retarded Wilayat al-Faqih Farsi Kawli (using your language) false-flagger? You are on the Arab section, not your Mullah infested junkyard where 60 year old reversed engineered "technology" is hailed as a huge "victory", lol.

There is no such thing called "Wahhabi" and KSA's role in Syria was minimal and support for FSA ended in late 2014.

KSA's main goal was to weaken the pro-Farsi terrorist Mullah's inside Syria's regime but that job the Russian's finished when they took over, lol. Now the same Russia is meeting with Israel and coordinating Israeli attacks on Iranian Mullah terrorists and their slaves from across the region.

Syria is not a Shia Twelver country. Syrians are Arab nationalists by large. The average Syrian does not like Iran. Let alone the Wilayat al-Faqih Mullah ideology. Hence the Mullah project is doomed to fail in Syria. Russia alone will ensure this.

KSA and Syria had more than cordial ties prior to 2011. The Al-Assad family and the House of Saud family have even intermarried. You as an non-Arab donkey, have no clues about this of course. KSA helped Syria economically in the 1980's when it was sanctioned by the West. Syria joined the Arab and Western coalition in the First Gulf War. Al-Assad was a honorary guest when KAUST was inaugurated. List is long.

Transport links between KSA and Syria (via Jordan) have just opened as well.

MB has nothing to do with KSA (it is considered a terrorist group in KSA) but Qatar (Al-Thani regime) and Turkey (Erdogan). KSA helped save Egypt from the cult.

First of all Syria is an Arab country. Saudi Arabians and Syrians or other Arabs for that matter will never wage wars against each other.

Lastly Syria is in no position and never will be to threaten a regional power like KSA let alone harm it. Nor will the locals ever allow it since they are our blood brothers.

Anyway that does not change the fact that Al-Assad (regime) is trash and that they are on loan.

More of the utterly deluded rubbish that is par for the course from the posters in the arab section. If I didnt know better I`d swear I was in the arabian part of bizzaro world,I especially have to laugh at your trotting out of that utterly discredited old "arab unity" trope[lol!].
I hate to break this to you but iran and russia worked together as equal partners to defeat the wahabists in syria, but in good old typical arab fashion you try and spin this into some sort of victory for the stinky sheiks,it kinda reminds me of saddams "victory" speeches after his defeat in 91.The one piece in your response that was not 100% delusion was the part about syrian saudi relations up until the mid 2000s,but then you gulfies threw that away when you supported the terrorists thinking that by destroying syria you would hurt iran, well boy did that back fire horribly...again,its like you guys have a reverse midas touch ie everything you touch turns to sh!t[lol],in syria not only did you increase irans influence enormously but you also opened the door to the first serious russian presence back in the me region since the end of the cold war[lololol!!!!],so not only are you now faced with a permanent iranian military presence in syria but a russian one as well, talk about the exact opposite of what you wanted[lol!].As for pres assad, well I`d have to say that both he and his government look like they are here to stay....along with the iranians and the russians[lol],but if you think hes just going to forget and forgive what the stinky old sheiks did to syria just because you`re all arabs and thus "blood brothers" then you`re even more of a deluded wahabist than I gave you credit for.
As for irans technological capabilities, well they`ve certainly stood iran in good stead, how long do you gulfies think you could maintain all your nice expensive western weapons for if the west decided they were going to sanction you?,a month?,2 months?,do you think you could reverse or reengineer all those components, how about other nations weapons and technology do you think you could reverse or reengineer any of it if you had too?,I doubt it,from what I`ve seen you gulfies just prefer to buy other peoples products and technology and then say its made in gulfie land.Tell you what when you guys can master the fuel cycle using indigenous technology or maintain your airforce using indigenously produced components then you can sneer at iran,oh by the way do you think saudi could reverse/reengineer an f5?,cause I dont.

I did not read your nonsense in detail, false-flagger. As usual, foreigners are proven wrong when it comes to dealings in the Arab world and as usual the only constant is KSA. You will cry at the end of the day eventually. As usual.

With or without Al-Assad (on loan), KSA and Syria, Saudi Arabians and Syrians, will continue to have brotherly ties as always (since recorded history began) and no direct conflict will ever emerge.

As for your terrorist Mullah's. Well your entire entity is a failed entity. We (among others) destroyed your terrorist Mullah's. Your economy is worth less than toilet paper, your entity is sanctioned, you lost 100's of billions of dollars (if not 1-2 trillion USD) on failed projects in the region, you destroyed your society from within after 40 years, your environment, you have the biggest brain drain in the world, the biggest polution in the region (Tehran is basically Chernobyl II, at least compared to regional standards), your few lakes and rivers are all drying up, lack of resources compared to the growing population etc. List is endless. An economy the size of 10 million UAE. Some great victory.

You lost 1000's upon 1000's of people to keep an inbred Al-Assad regime (Arab nationalists) that invited Russians (who have played and backstabbed your terrorist Mullah's time and time again and continue to do WITH direct ISRAELI assistance) who run the show today, lol. Lost billions of dollars as well while being an impoverished country and population.

KSA has a greater scientific output than Iran (28 in the world) and the military sector is booming. I think a few Saudi Arabian university students could reverse engineer 60 year old technology with the right financial support, lol, and outside help as the Mullah terrorists are doing since forever.

Anyway good luck paying 10's of billions of dollars to rebuild Syria, lol, while collapsing economically once again.

KSA is home to many people of Caucasian origin originally (now citizens) and also a large Chechen diaspora. Caucasians and Arabians have the highest rates of Haplogroup J1 Y-DNA showing the same paternal lineage!
