Found more info about the laser SHORAD but take it with a grain of salt since I’m not sure if the poster is 100 percent legit. However, the level of details provided is too good for me to disregard it as complete nonsense.

1) the spherical turret is very inexpensive and has already been mass produced. It could track target using infrared, ultraviolet, and visible light and has double stabilization for tracking and engaging very fast targets.
2) the laser is around 30KW and could not only engage slow moving drones but also RPG, anti-tank missiles, and other guided munitions. Apparently it prioritizes the fins or sensors of guided munitions .
3) Power is stored in capacitor bank and there is enough for 20 shots right off the bat. After the capacitors are depleted they could be charged up easily by running the engine on Dongfeng Mengshi. As a result even a single unit could easily deal with saturation attacks, even by advanced anti tank missiles like Javelin or HJ-12.

Comparing this to the Silent Hunter would be like comparing an assault rifle to a flintlock musket…

I'm pretty sure there were more than just one drone downed .. all it takes is for KSA to generalize it all over sensitive and threatened areas.. it is not expensive .. it could be done fast..
