Halloween has no religious affiliation but Diwali has, so you want to celebrate Pagan rituals in KSA but have issues with Halloween? huh

Offering food to appease demonic spirits is very religious. Diwali is basically celebration of good over evil, light over darkness. It's a moral message, though Hindus attach different idolatrous religious meanings to it.
