I dont think Haftar will win it to be honest.. Turkey and Qatar started to be on government side as they are also from Muslim brotherhood. Turkey with kamikadze drones and so on could do a lot of suprise attack or counter attack to Haftar.. in Turkish defence strategy, when lets say Haftar ttack somewhere, they leave the place, make it easy to be captured, as stayng there will get most of the fighter die from bombardment. but after the opposite, lets say Haftars LNA take it, they attack back and bombard the shit out of it.
