Bro that partly true, key word being partly. A lot of Saudis from Qaseem, i.e. Najd, are very fair. Both men and women. Bedouines are not really dark skinned...in fact they are quite fair in their complexion. The marriages amongst the Saudi men and Levantinian women are exception and isolated cases...mostly found in the rich folks.

From my observations, the darker tone Saudis are Hassawies from Al-Ahsa, the some of the Yemeni origin Saudis in Jeddah and last but not the least, Afro-Arabs.
