Each society has its own pros and cons, the Western societies have aplenty of postive values in people's eyes here in KSA. As for the culture, the Saudis are known to be think-headed, and there is one thing people won't negotiate with the others for, it's their culture.

Besides the 12vers in the South and East and Takfiri Sympathizers there is a need to address change in the Saudi Arabia. I don't know jailing them just because they call for protest is acceptable. They need to start sharing the wealth and scrap the law that gives money to 50,000 "Blood Royals" of Saudi Family.

Another version exists as well. Strangely someone in France working for services confirmed it partly.
He said that the highest possibility is that, even if it is controlled, some officiers in China could sell it , but they guess it was a fake "incident": they wanted to sell it anyway because they want the weapons to be used, tested.
This version is confirmed by two points:
- yesterday article in US newspaper about Qatar, saying Qatar was providing it
- time ago container "incident"

China anyway needs their weapon tested and see their weapons being efficient ... which are.
